Through a partnership between White Swan Antiques and Tin Roof Antiques and working under the name Bruno Properties, we offer a complete Estate liquidation service to our clients.  We do estate sales, complete and partial buyouts and consultations on the best method available for clearing out the contents of a home.  We also provide appraisals when necessary.  We have been offering these services for a combined 45 years in the St. Louis and surrounding areas.  We work with local attorneys, individuals, churches and retirement facilities.  We provide warm, personalized service and always provide references for new clients.  We also provide a “clean out” of the home so that there is nothing left on the premises.  Our commission is inclusive so that our clients never get hit with unexpected expenses.  We have built a reputation of maximizing the return to our clients.  Once we are involved, a seller can relax and know that they are in good hands from beginning to end.
